A Soldier’s Child hosts a number of events each year including public shopping events and large fundraisers.
Dinner Banquet

The ASC Annual Dinner Banquet is our largest fundraiser. All proceeds from the event will benefit the foundation and assist in giving back to the children of our nation's fallen military personnel. The dinner features live entertainment, delicious food, and incredible auctions, and the opportunity to honor ASC recipients in person.
Golf Scramble

A Soldier's Child Foundation's annual Golf Scramble brings together celebrities and golfers for a great cause. Each team of four will be partnered up with a "celebrity" for the day. After a day on the links, the golfers are treated to a plated dinner, entertainment, a silent auction, and a live auction.
Battle Run
May 17, 2025
Join us at Henry Horton State Park for our Seventh Annual Battle Run. We will be honoring those that have served and all that are currently serving.
It does not matter if you run, walk or crawl - Battle Run participants will receive a t-shirt, a custom dog-tag, and a plate lunch at the finish line.
Meet friends and family on the course and in the festival area to enjoy
games, food, and some jams with the DJ.
Plate lunches will be available for non-participants for a Donation to A Soldier’s Child Foundation.
Photos of you on the course will be taken and posted shortly after the race for you to display your support of our Veterans and A Soldier's Child Foundation.
Shopping Events
Help shop for ASC recipient children's birthdays. Once a month we shop for gifts based on the registered children's wish list. These typically happen at the Wal-Mart Garden Center on Old Fort Parkway in Murfreesboro, TN.

Season of Sacrifice (s.o.s.)

There is no better way to give at Christmas time than to give to the children of our fallen American defenders of freedom. We began our S.O.S Christmas program in 2018 to give back to the children and families of our servicemen and women, that have sacrificed so much and need to hear from the American people during this special time of the year. Lost in the busyness of the Christmas season are the children of our fallen heroes, who sometimes wake up Christmas morning missing their mom or dad and perhaps not understanding why they are gone. Another question the children of our fallen ask is, "Does anyone even care that I've lost my parent, and did it even matter?"
