Scotty Carroll A Florida native, Scotty moved to Middle Tennessee in 2007 and currently resides in Westmoreland, TN.  He attended Florida State University on an Air Force ROTC scholarship and graduated with a degree in electrical engineering.  After serving on active duty for four years, Scotty entered the private sector and worked as a power engineer until 2009.  Then he started ECHO Power Engineering with his partner Joe Maynard, and currently serves as the company Chief Operations Officer. 

Scotty and his wife, Johnna, have been married for over 27 years and have three adult children.  Scotty has served as a bi-vocational pastor and church music minister.  He and Johnna have also led InnerFire Ministries for the last thirteen years serving churches in various capacities.  When it is time to relax, Scotty enjoys working on his farm, hunting, fishing, and sports.

Scotty has been an avid supporter of ASC nearly from our inception.  He has attended and served at various functions such as the hunting camps, golf tournaments, and others.
