Leslie Ford-Matthews was born and raised in Middle Tennessee. She currently resides in Murfreesboro, TN. She attended Middle Tennessee State University before starting her career full time in commercial real estate and administration. She next went on to work in residential property management and then to full time real estate sales. She has managed real estate offices with a focus on administration and accounting for many years while also selling real estate.

She is the proud mom of a daughter, Ally (21), and the cutest dog ever, Rhett. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, camping and spending time on the lake.
